What size rotors are used up front and size for rear too? Also for some that are not educated on the calipers what is this setup? 4/2

Sorry I posted this after a very long work day! I've updated the post with the info!

Fronts are ST40 4 piston and have 332x32mm rotors.
Rear are ST22 2 piston and have 328x28mm rotors.

How many miles are on the kit? Do the rotors need to be machined prior to use?

Not sure total miles as I bought it with the car used. The rear rotors are like new the front has a small lip you can feel with your finger but neither would need to be machined. There is still decent life on the pads too.
