Looking at purchasing an 07 g35x

Hey everyone, first post and could use a bit of guidance. Finally ditching the old college beater and looking around for the right deal. This is the one I'm currently looking at. 2007 g35x, 101 000 KM on it (about 63000 miles) currently listed for 13, 500 CAD

Took it out for a test drive and it seemed extremely smooth, and that the owner took care of it. Had all maintenance papers, and did a major tune up, replaced timing belt etc at 96k, fuel receipts for premium gas. Overall it's in great condition on the exterior, your regular day to day scratches, not to many of them. Also chips on the grill, but that's pretty typical here. Also has a crack going along the bottom of the windshield.

The interior is where i'm a little weary, there is one area with a lot of scratches on the drivers side door near the handle, and the leather near the shoulder area is bit more worn down than average and in general should be detailed a little bit, no navi etc.

Does this seem like a pretty reasonable deal? Of course I'd get it inspected before purchasing, but would it be unreasonable to offer 12 or 12,500?

Thanks for taking the time to read!

You really shouldn't sweat the handle or the wear on the seat. The handles scratch pretty easy. It looks like a nice car, it wouldn't hurt to offer 12K cash and go from there.

Yea he said he'd go for 12k, so as long as the inspection goes well I'll more than likely be buying it. Besides the oil pressure test, is there anything else I should be keeping an eye on?
