So I've been shopping for a g35(or g37) within reasonable price range and with the lowest km possible( in Canada). I stumbled across a 2008 g35x sport sedan nice grey ish blue with sexy rims and only 47,000 kms. I thought it was strange an 08' would have such low kms unless it was a summer car. It is being sold through the used car dealer at a Infiniti dealer so the car proof was available, and not to my suprise the previous owner had an accident( listed at 2,900$, front right). Not much more information on the car and about the accident. Still haven't test drove it because I don't want to fall inlove with a car that will be trouble. Sooo if you guys could give me some feedback if you think that accident will affect the car and would be a good buy. Thanks so much this is my first post btw sorry for rambling.

What are they asking? 3k (ish) in repairs isn't tooo bad in an accident. my first coupe has been in a small accident in the front left side but you couldn't tell at all. It all depends on the quality of the work done on the car

13k CDN and I'm assuming it was decent work done on it because it looks like the previous owner drove it for almost 4 years after the claim. Also not since it's from and infinti dealer, they state that the car goes through a 121 point inspection to be certified, but I'm just worried about any structural damage that might not have been fixed or missed in the inspection.

Well if you're worried about body damage either get under it and check it out or if you aren't confident enough pay to have it inspected by an independent mechanic. best 100 bucks or so you'll spend

ugh just found out it sold today. So pissed should've been more proactive. so my next options are a 2008 g35x (not sport😢) with 77k km or a 2010 g37x 105k km price difference between 500$ probably due to the 08' having low km. Is the difference in km a huge deal breaker even though it's older? and any takes on the 7 speed AT vs the 5 speed?

I've driven both the 5 speed auto and 7 speed auto, the newer car will get a tinnyyy bit better gas mileage (not that it matters, gas sucks on all G's). The 7 speed seemed to shift a tiny bit faster but I don't drive an auto so I could be wrong, as far as I know both transmissions are equally reliable. Id test drive both and see which one does it for you. But from a numbers only standpoint buy the newest one you can afford, assuming they're both in good condition
