Good buy for a G35?

Hey all, this is my first post here so I was wondering a few things about a possible buy. I found a 2007 G35x for sale at a pretty good deal. What concerns me is the vehicle has 157,934 miles... I'm partially concerned about this because it is a lot more miles on a car than I would normally buy. The car appears to be pretty loaded such has navigation, sunroof, backup cam, AFS lighting, etc. The CarFax shows no accidents, and decent servicing of the vehicle but another concern of mine is that the rear differential has been serviced 2 times in the past 10k miles. Although Infiniti/ Nissan has a fairly good reputation and reliability, I can't say my 2010 Altima SL with only 65,700 miles has had the same luck. I plan on continuing my research on this (and other) vehicles as well as test driving it soon if I get the thumbs up for you all. The vehicle is at a dealer 25-30 miles away so I don't want to go down there for nothing and would like information and any experiences that you've had with your 35. Thank you very much!

Why do you need a new car? Are you swapping the Altima for it? Also I wouldn't buy a car with 160k on the clock. That's getting close to average lifetime expectancy of the engine (200k)

thanks for your reply! I would be swapping the Altima for the G due to the fact that my Altima is not fun to drive (didn't buy it for fun so that's ok) but mainly cause the CVT is coming towards its death and also would like something fun to drive. Thanks again for the reply and advice!

No worries! Kinda surprised to hear that the CVT is Going out on the Altima. But anyways I'd keep looking for a lower mileage G, unless that one in particular is reeeeeallllyyy immaculate
