Im buying an 06 g35s 6mt suggestions

I am about to buy an 06 g35 6mt coupe from a friend for 2K. It has been sitting for the last year due to some sort of shaking in the rear end, he thought it was a bent wheel, he’s not sure though. It fires right up if you jump it and seems to run fine. I’m a mid-level mechanic I’ve been doing that sort of work for the past 10 years. I feel like for 2K the car is worth it even if it has some issues. I was hoping you guys could give me any suggestions for common issues I should look at. Cosmetically the car needs a little work nothing crazy. Additionally due to a botched oil change from the dealer 5000 miles ago the vehicle has a brand new motor with all paperwork. I’m not sure if it’s the “rev up” motor but I will update when I find out. I plan on flushing the fluids in every single system on the car as well as new pads and rotors all the way around due to the car having sat. I know it has Tein coilovers all the way around. I will most likely be putting on something else so if anyone has any suggestions I’m open to it.

Jeez if it is a rev-up with a brand new crate motor for $2k I'd be all over that, you'll never find a deal like that again.

As for the rear end shaking, take it down to a tire shop and have the tires balanced, tell them to inspect the rear for a bent rim and see what they say.

I'd be triple shocked if it wasn't a rev-up engine. Can't imagine a dealer doing all the additional work necessary to make a non-rev work in a 6MT. They're just going to want to get in and out of the situation as quick as they can. They'd have access to a new rev-up, and insurance probably covering some/all of the cost.
