Agincourt Service dept isn't any better..

1) Last time I bought my car in for the rear axle clicking noise problem, they blamed it on my hubcentric wheel spacers

2) This time I bought it in for my rocking/creaking seats, they blamed it on my aftermarket exhaust; which is where the vibration comes from...(coupe middy)

They are both TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins)...I wonder how they are going to keep their customers.

Best person to go to at Agincourt is the 1 Inifiniti rep there, think it's lilly or susan or something? she did all my fixed, but my car is bone stock.... but now seems like she won't be doing anymore, as it's quite evident i never go there for servicing and so on.....

i got the creaking seat thing too every so often.....

Ronnie / Michael..

Not that they don't have a good attitude (like the current Yorkville reps) or anything.. just that I found the excuses are a bit lame and I don't really have the time to argue with them; they even managed to give me a Sentra as the loaner car last time.

Thanks for the advice! I would definitely try to take a day off to do it!
I just can't understand why would they wanna do that since they would be claiming from Nissian Canada anyways...

Because they are bastard dealership employees that hate us for having nice cars, and take out their sorrows for having pitiful lives on us?

...did I say that out loud?

Actually, I'm jokin' around, but I did once deal with such an individual. I know this because while 'trying' to get serviced we got in a verbal argument and he told me flat out. This was another car though.

the creaking seat is really annoying especially when tryting to adjust the seat perfectly... it moves the seat out of place to all that work for nothing... good luck with it.. any other dealers close to you?

Thanks everyone...
Yorkville and Agincourt.

My last resort is to try take a day off and go to Oakville. The only thing is that I am afraid that they will tell me they have to order parts and ask me to come back another day, which I can't afford for the coming few months

because for 1. their technician only gets 40% pay when it come with warranty, and they dont make money on any parts that's covered under warranty, so that's the reason most dealer doesnt like to warranty your car.

i used to find them suck, but after few trips and talked with their service manager Jason smith, now everything is fine (at least they would try to fix my car, although after what they call fiexed, still has problem with it, but at least they tried lol) and i used to get a sentra, but now i always get g35 sedan for it

I don't understand that Even if the tech does only get 40% pay for warranty service, isn't 40% pay better than 0% pay for not doing any warranty service?
