Gettin an 09 Rav 4 ?

It let me show the local dealers that: a) I knew that they weren't losing money at 10% under MSRP and b) If I walked away, I could walk straight to Toronto (well, drive) and buy the car the next day for the same price I was offering them. The result? I got my '05 sedan for $112 over invoice (~$4,450 below sticker after tax) in July of '05, not a model year later.
The CCC reports will sometimes include a firm offer from a dealer, depending on the model and your location, and it's only about $40 for 6 or 8 invoice price reports. You can refresh each report indefinitely to keep up with price changes. I highly recommend it, Sam.

I found Car Cost Canada very helpful when I bought my G. I made sure that I had the invoice cost report open on top of the salesmens' desks. I also had email quotes from dealerships in the GTA that were very close to invoice to prove that the CCC report wasn't just BS.

No...I still stand by the Hummer H1.
Now we're torqing
Is the price gap between the two really big? It's always nice to have AWD especially in Canada, eh.

Did some research and decided to go FWD and it seems unless I want to tow, the 4 (2.5) does a very good job. Guess I'll drive the it. After all as Waijai said in a pm, "I didn't get the Rav for SPEED, got the G for that."
Just the price to haggle over now.

Hey Guys,
Our 2000 Dodge Caraven SE is headed out to a new home. Tried a few makes and Nancy likes the Rav 4 4WD 4cyl. with the convenience package.
48 mo. lease $450 all in /mo. $13,500 buyback
Looked at the Escape, it was alright, my arm kept hitting the console while turning and you can only buy it, no lease.
Any and all comments welcome.
