Calgary Mini-meet

Hey interalian I would imagine that the paddle shifters wouldn't void any warranties as they are all OEM Infiniti parts, but better safe then sorry and dishing out $$$ for a repair. Let me know what you find out, still on the fence about getting these, as my wife is the one who drives the G most of the time.
As everyone mentioned, it was great meeting everyone, lets get another meet going soon, unfortunately I wont' be at the July 4th meet...damn work. Everyone that goes...have a BLAST!!

Ken's checked with the mother ship (Infiniti Canada) and states that adding the flappy paddles won't affect the vehicle warranty but the paddles themselves wouldn't be covered in case of defects. Good enough for me - booked for July 23rd for the work. 1.5 hours labour quoted plus $350 for the parts. I'm too lazy and busy to do it myself and besides, the steering wheel has to come off...
He's thinking about making it an 'offer' for the service department too.

Thanks! Now I need to wax it...
Like with the stick in the manual gate, the harder you're pressing the gas the quicker and firmer the upshifts. Even in D you get temporary up or downshifts then it reverts to D after a few seconds. And no more need to take hands off the wheel.
