im gonna say 15,000 , 17,000 max, the reason is being first 2003, second over 100k,(i know not that much but still), but again don't be surprised to hear low ballers offering 10-12k. nice upgrades on the car but they do not add a lot of value.
this is coming from a 2003 5at 100,350kms owner. i checked pretty much everywhere on the market, it's depressing to see even people selling bone stock 2003s 100k for 13-15k. i am not selling mine(decided to keep it as long as i can)but i do watch the market since winter. realistically nothing less than $15,000 should be considered. if you really wanna sell it, do it between now till end of july, as the price fades way much faster when it's end of summer. good luck. just couple of ads to support my argument. http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/cto/2453352341.html http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/cto/2412784060.html http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ292257608 http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ291620662 http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ291057963 http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ287440848 |

nah he's from Toronto. I cant see it going for more than $15,000 with or without mods. My experience with selling modded cars has been that the value actually decreases as people are hesitant to buy it (assuming you ripped it) unless you get lucky and a G35 enthusiast buys it.
Your best bet is to part out and sell stock IMO, you've got some nice/popular mods done that could fetch you a good buck. Also, I think you would do better selling it now/August vs end of summer, there is a better market in the summer (I assume you already know this as I recall you work in car sales). Best of luck |
+1 I recently lost my 04' G sedan 6MT in an accident, I had lots of Mods on the car and it was in amazing shape with 95k on it. My insurance gave me$17,300 and I had to fight them on that cause they originally only wanted to give me $16,700 for the car.
I was allowed to take some parts off at the collision place mainly because I convinced the people there, by the time I sold all my parts I was just over $18k. If you decide to sell PART OUT THE CAR you'll get allot more cash that way. OH BTW selling a sports car at the end of Summer is a very bad Idea, no one wants to buy a car only to put it right in the garage for the winter months. |

Also there are similar cars (sans mods) going for sub $16k on Autotrader.
Your price will have to be set according to the time you are wiling to take to sell it. If you are lucky it's possible you will find someone wanting similar mods and appreciates them enough to offer you a little extra. You may get top dollar at the start of summer vs the end or the fall. G/L. |
For sale make an offer ! !
