Rear calipers and rotor's rusted and look like crap?

So about 4000 kms ago I had a brake job done at my local garage. The G has 185000 kms and I decided to go aftermarket as per my mechanics recommendation. He doesn't do brake kits or recondition callipers. Well, the set looks bad and every time I walk up to the G it bothers me. The front set, still oem looks wayyyyyyyy better. I'm sorry I followed his advice and went with his choice of aftermarket.
He exchanged my oem callipers for the set and now I'll have to buy some oem for my next set and get them serviced up to specs.
Just needed to share my poor choice.
Any other suggestions? BTW, I'm wearing my flame suit, so fire away, seems I deserve it for attempting to save a few bucks. Live and learn, eh.

I went in for an oil change and expressed my concern. He cleaned up the callipers and painted them black, no charge. At least I don't have to look at rust. I'll look for some oem callipers for next time.

I was going to suggest you pull your wheels, sand down the rust and paint your rotors/calipers with high heat paint. Keep in mind this is only a temp fix, rust never sleeps! :OHBOY:

Thanks Gary, this solution seemed like the best one at the moment.
