Just wash it off with clorox and you'll be fine.
Seriously, saw-dust? The only problem I would see might be if you tried to wipe it off and got some hard tidbits in there. It might scratch the clearcoat. But if it just sits there, and you rinse it off after a few days or whatever, then I don't see how it could hurt.
Just don't let any welding slag get on your windows.
