Gf threw up in car..

So my girlfriend threw up in my passenger seat last Thursday, I managed to clean up some with some armorall wipes, and used stome stain remover on the carpet. (My interior is all black)

So now a bit of it is gone, but some of the "chunks" are stuck in the holes of the leather, the car is a mixture of throwup smell (acidic) and stain remover..

What I wanted to know was any products I could buy to help clean up the leather further and remove the smell? Or bring a nicer smell to my car? The leather looks good but theres still some shading differences in the blackness of the leather.. hmmph.

I did try to search for "throw up car clean" but didnt work!

Also theres some in the creases of the seat (where the bottom part of seat meets the top part), cant seem to get it off that area.

Thanks in advance
Wes

ah yes, Thirsty Thursdays ...

but seriously, I would suggest a toothpick and a vacuum cleaner and go to town on the creases and the holes. You should be able to get that stuff out with the toothpick, but the smell...idk.

I love Zaino's leather conditioner for the smell...I would recommend that. Then febreeze on the carpet.

If there are still bits of it, you have to get it all out first before you attempt to get rid of the smell. Just get to work with a mf towel and leather conditioner.

Get a very moist cloth first and go over the seat to "soften up" the chunks, then get the biggest, baddest shop vac you can find and suck all that stuff out of the holes. Get as much as you can, because anything you push in with a toothpick will stay there. I have had the cover off, the holes don't go all the way through, they stop at the cloth backing.

My granddaughter tore open one of those "car pillows", the U shaped pillow that you use to sleep in the car. It was full of little, tiny Styrofoam beads, it's been 4 months and I'm still finding those things coming out of the holes.

BTW, next time you fly, steal the "barf bags" in all the seats around you and keep a few in the glove box!!!

Yeah.. thirsty thursdays. I'll check out the zainos and febreeze, really sucks getting in with that smell. I'll try the moist cloth to soften it up, not sure how strong my vacuum is.

Def going to invest in some barf bags
