Plastic molding growing mold?

What can I use to clean this off?
I wash my car every 2 weeks of course depends on weather in Miami

mines looks the same with but more sun beaten (north florida). someone told me to use CLR on it, then hit it with a good plastic restorer (ie mothers back to black). I have yet to try it, but will definitely let you know once I have.

anyone have a sure fire method?
