Hi guys, I am having a bit of issue with my G. I used some Meguiars Supreme Shine protectant on my plastic but some of it got on the ac/compass screen so I tried to wipe it off but it smeared and now it won't come off. I've tried degreaser and it made it worst, I've tried dawn soap and water, still doesn't come off. Help me!

I would try a little car wax. I use wax all the time on my plastic headlights and it works great.

ok this happened to me like 1 - 2 years ago. what i had to do was take the whole compass/temp screen out and take it apart so you can use some polish and wax on the effected plastic. it is easy to take out just get a screw driver or something plastic and sturdy to wedge behind it. there are 3 or 4 clips (if my memory is correct) holding it in. BE SURE TO PULL THE PIECE TOWARD YOU. DO NOT push up toward the windshield. un-clip the wires going into the back of it and unscrew the screws holding the pieces together. then use a polish ( i would recommend using poorboys SSR1) then apply a wax. then put it all back together and it is as good as new.
