Heavy water spots that won't come off.

This isn't for my G but I figured I would ask. 2006 Ford F150 with major water spots on the windshield. Tried invisiglass, numerous different soaps, any ideas how to get them off? Any of the products I used barely made a difference. It's almost like they are ingrained in the glass.

100% distilled vinegar and hot water does the trick everytime. Apply it heavy.

For my old 2000 4Runner back in 2004, I used water and 1000 grit sandpaper. Just wetsanded it lightly.

Or as recommended above.

I've used this numerous times with windex to help remove the glue residue after removing the tint film. Did not scratch my windows.

MUST BE G35 RELATED! I just never searched around as it wasn't an idea until it came up. Even after a fresh wash today my G and the inside glass the G had sun glare on the shield.

I'm sure there are plenty of G drivers that have this problem. I was just curious of there being an easy way to get rid of it.
