Found a fantastic new to me OTC product

Those who know me know I'm very meticulous when it comes to maintaining my cars. I usually only use products you have to order online, my favorite brands include Menzerna, Optimum, Wolfgang and Poorboy's World to name a few. However I find something in stores from time to time that I will try and my newest find is Meguiars Ultimate Quick Detailer. Holy hell I love this stuff. It uses a hydrophobic polymer technology that bonds with the paint after it cures (about 12 hours after applying) and adds another layer of protection over whatever you have on top of the paint whether it be polish, sealant or wax among other possibilities. It also has a deep, wet look and is smooth as glass to the touch. It's ridiculously easy to apply, takes about 5 minutes to do the entire car and the results are amazing. Another thing I really like about is it beads water like a bish and is so slick that dirt and grime literally slide off with some moisture and bugs, sap and other sticky stuff either don't stick or come off super easy. For the price I'd recommend a quick application of this after every car wash.

Best part though is it can be found locally under $10 for a 22 oz. bottle that will probably do your car 25-30 times. It's not a wax or sealant and only lasts about 2-3 weeks but it's the best QD I have ever used. Just thought I'd share.

I have been using it for years. Right after a wash or touch up spots from the damn birds.

Having detailed my cars since I was 15 and used damn near everything on the market since then (a very long time) I discovered Adams "Detail Spray" it's like quickly waxing SLICK with great results! Another of Adams products is their "Window Cleaner", having struggled for years trying to get my windows sparkling clean until I used Adams. It does require using micro towels which I buy at Costco. It's great finding detail products that actually work and you're stoked about!

I found Stoner's Invisible Glass recently. Cheap, widely available, and very good at leaving a streak free finish.

... and do you guys mean to tell me you don't ONLY USE Solaris on your cars? lol
