Clear Coat looks like it's going to hell
 

Ok, so I'm stressin'. I own a 2003.5 Black 6 MT Sedan with the aero package. I detail the car religiously. Had it almost 2 months and it has almost 6k miles. The car is garaged and well taken care of. So a couple of days ago, I'm washing it and notice, (forgive my for my poor description) little bubbles all over it. Everywhere, the mirrors, roof, spoiler, bumpers, I'm telling you EVERYWHERE. It's definately not paint over spray, and I don't see any cracking. They are very subtle looking. Something is just not right. I was going to have it professionally waxed, to see if that might correct it, obviously if it doesn't, that sucker is going back to the dealer. I love the car and have never had a car do this before. It's really strange.

Has anyone else noticed such a problem?

Any suggestions?

BTW I live on the Central Coast of California (Santa Maria) if that makes any difference.
