Now tat's a shine baby--

It's small, I copied and pasted from My350Z.com (Ricky's avatar). But what a shine!
Look closely--the car is right there:

that a fabulous shine I had to look twice just to make out the car. I'd love my car to shine like that. did he say what he used to get that shine?

Your car will never shine like that because it's silver. The shiny car is black. Black shines... sorry. That's why I bought black

black also looks like hell when your car is less than perfectly clean. Sorry guys.

It sucks that silver always looks the same. This is why everyone and their mother has a silver G (another reason why I bought black).

Actually, that's one of it's finer points. You can accumulate a month's worth of road grime, and still look cleaner than a black car that was washed 3 days ago.

Impressive.

For dark colored cars, Blackfire is an outstanding product. It is anti-static so it repels dust fairly well and has a good lifespan. It will not give the shine of a carnauba, but it still looks very stunning.

I have some great reflections pictures of my other car, an Acura Integra GS-R (no pics of it on the G yet). This was done using a German-made synthetic glaze known as Klasse. It is multi-step and layerable. I top it off with a P21S carnauba wax that has a high carnauba % composition.

For the pics to work, you'll have to cut and paste into a new browser window (no external linking).

Keep in mind, this is on a dark green car with 4-year old paint that has seen salt and road grime in Chicago:
