Another question: The product description on this line of product says to use 100% cotton terry cloth tower, is that the way to go? I've heard that some users have swirl marks left behind using terry cloth.

thanks for the replies.

I've used the Show Car glaze.. That's it. I really liked it. Before switching to other waxes, I used the Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner, Pro Show Car Glaze, and Meguiars Gold Class Wax. That was my combination for years.

Now I'm swithing to either Zaino or Klasse.. Haven't used or purchased yet.

Some people swear by cotton, some by microfiber. I use mf, I like it - maybe buy a couple of each and see what you like. Or head over to autopia.org for more opinions.

Or you can go to www.MeguiarsOnline.com Tons of info there on their products.

I've used Showcar glaze when applying by hand. If you have a Porter Cable 7424 then I'd go with the Hand Polish for polish or minor swirl removal, or Dual Action Cleaner Polish for bad swirls.

I then follow with NXT wax.

Most people use microfiber for removal. That's what I use. I used terry prior to that. The microfiber just seems to do a better job. Although, sometimes if it's a little hotter, or if I accidentally put too much on, I'll use a terry towel for the inital wipe and then follow with a microfiber.

You just have to try and see what works for you.
