i gotta agree with stephen on this one... smaller injectors woulda been better. bigger for the same price doesnt mean better!

The size of the injectors have nothing to do with the reason it is doing this. If it did then it would do it much worse on the initial cold start.

I personally after sitting in the passenger seat with the tuner most the night on Friday feel its a bug in the uprev software not compensating for the 1000cc injectors.

The tuner basically proved this when he connected the car to an oscilloscope and saw different readings that uprev was reporting.

We all know this dave, as it won't be a problem if they can get it tuned with the 1000cc injectors. If it had the smallers ones that had been proven to work with uprev without any issues then there would b no probs. Its not like chris needs the 1000cc injectors for the power he is making

Agreed Stephen but its always better to get something you wont max out. Im pretty sure Wayne said the injectors are already at 40% duty cycle which is low but would have been around 60ish% on a 725cc..

This will be great for if or when Chris decides to tune the car on E85 and make some real power.

That is true dave as I contemplated the same but that adds getting another fuel pump or a bigger one, probly a return system and pressure regulator. Which is fine if ur planning that but unless chris changed his mind we were gonna be content with the power til we built the bottom end

I think you are correct in getting the larger injectors. Im running at over 90% duty cycle on my 600cc injectors. Bigger is better especially for the same price. And it's not like you are just gonna stop at 334hp...this is just the beginning. You will need the larger injectors for going E85 or pushing over 550hp.
