If you were to look in the NE forum you would see a new streamlined thread ( that has the exact same title ) with the pertinant info in it and put at the top of the forum so ppls new to the thread can get the info without running through many posts that were in the old thread started dec 2, 2004 and then asking the same questions that were asked previously. The old thread did not go away it is still there if you choose to go through the many posts that are in it to dig out the info you might be looking for. Although the old thread is closed there are links to the new thread in the first and last messages of that thread pointing to the new thread.

I have no clue as to why you would be looking for the old thread, why you posted this question and why I'm sitting here answering something you could find out for yourself if you looked a few more threads down the NE forum.

This was all coordinated with the originator of the that thread.
