Solution for High Clutch? Regular Adjustments OR D-Wolf Clutch/DIY Method?

Saw some old threads about how people where eliminating the 2 inch play on the clutches by doing the D-Wolf Clutch/DIY Method (adding spacers not adjusting clutch) : https://g35driver.com/forums/engine-...al-remedy.html

Or

(Adjust your own clutch)

Did anyone get any solution on whats best to do?

I removed the clutch spring, but I didn't notice much of a difference. It could be because I have a JWT clutch. Removing the spring caused some play at the top of the clutch travel (at rest position). To take out the play, I screwed the cruise control button in a little bit. After a few days, I added the spacers which I really like. However, I still have the play in the pedal. I attempted to put the spring back in yesterday and couldn't get it. You can also turn the clutch rod counter clockwise to change the engagement point. I haven't done this yet. I going to turn mine clockwise this afternoon and see if it will take out the play.

The best option was to install the RJM AFP. I think this has been revised now to simply replace the whole clutch pedal, making installation that much easier. This basically allows you to adjust the engagement "window" of the clutch. Also, since it gets rid of the helper spring, you gain tactile feedback instead of just guessing.

Probably one of the best driveability mods (after sway bars) that I've done.

best option is to backspace the pedal stops with furniture/cabinet pads.
