Just came across this, one of my buddy's suggested I go here for dyno and I was checking out their page. They're hosting a dyno challenge in the seattle area... check it out...

Mustang dyno is not what most of us are used to comparing to. So note that.

The difference being? Is Mustasng dyno good or bad or what?

Mustang dyno doesn't show the friction losses between tire and the roller drum [dynojet] or the road real life driving.

The tire road interface is the single highest loss component.........easy to determine losses by measuring the heat [temperature rise] in each individual component..........hard part is correcting for movement cooling.
