Where's a UTEC tuner in LA / OC, CA? Opinions on UTEC!

At this point, I just want a totally NA modified engine, so far I have popcharger, z-tube, hypergrounding wires, crawford plenum, skunk2 plenum spacer, DC headers, hi cat-flow and borla exhaust - this is an 03 AT coupe. I'm thinking of getting a UTEC - getting quote from JSCspeed.

I'm planning an NA engine build up, most likely will get an 05 engine and rebuild it up with new cams, pistons, rods,....the whole nine yard - no turbo or sc. I don't need an ultra high rwhp turbo/Sc-charged engine, just a more powerful reliable NA engine as my G will be a keeper.

1. What's your experience with UTEC installed and tuned so far? I heard you should be able to get about 15-20 hp increase across the board - is that correct?

2. Where can I find a good and reasonable dyno/tuner for UTEC in the Los Angeles or Orange County area?

Thanks...

3. Any inputs - negative or positive! Thanks.

Is it easy to tune/retune/tweak it by yourselft - do you really need a shop to do it?
