OK I HAVE SAVED UP 6000$ AND I DONT WANT TO SELL MY CAR I LOVE MY CAR AND I WANT TO SPENT 6000$ ON THE CAR!! IN MIND I HAVE GREDDY TT!

It's enough to buy the kit... but certainly not enough to get it installed and all the necessary tuning and such to keep the car running right.

buy a used turbonetics single kit on here for 4k and you will have plenty left to install and tune.

save another 5-6k and you will do your TT no problem, but if you plan for big numbers your going to have to do work on internals, unless you wanna go booom nukka!

+1 to buying a used kit from a reputable member. That way you can look up posts or problems they had with the kit and get an idea of how it was treated.
To keep cost down I worked at a dealer so I had the shop foreman install the supercharger then I trailored it to SGP to have them tune it. Of course, the most expensive parts were the ProCharger [used 3.5k] and the tune [about 1.5k after some other misc parts were added]. The install only cost me $300 since the mechanic just liked to do fun things like that! So really, I got it all done under 6k, but don't forget things like gauges, pods, plugs, and some more for little grimlins they find along the way. It only gets worse from there... lol |
