04 Brembo w/05 factory 19's?
 

I was on ebay and saw the new 05 19" wheels for sale for a rediculous $2599 price and the description stated that the wheels only work on non-Brembo coupes. Is this true? Becasue I wanted to maybe look into getting a set in the future.

obviously since the 18's currently fit over the brembos, the problem is not going to be clearance between the inside of the rim and the caliper (unless they made the brembos alot bigger?).

however, if they're stating this will not work with brembos, these '05 wheels probably don't have the proper offset so that the spokes clear the fronts of the calipers. i'm no wheel guru but i've been reading the wheel forum for months and this explanation seems to make sense

make sure that rims are 19x8 or wider because 19x7.5 won't clear the brembo brakes
