Looks like it has no part name or part number, you will have to buy the whole air duct, part number is 16576-JK20B or 16576-JK21B

is it an oil separator? i don't know how they work but my bmw had one and it was one of the famous parts that would stop working and cause all sorts of problems. one of many parts that would do so.
