Mainstream's Project SEMA Twin Turbo Issues

I've been asked by a few about the progress of our twin turbo set-up. What many may not know is that the ECU in the G35 is very difficult to remap a radical change in fuel/air mappings, which is vital to high boost pressures. GReddy and HKS both are working on piggy back systems, however, the problems with this set-up is that you will only be able to safely boost 5-6 lbs on a stock engine.

Our plans are to use a GReddy or HKS kit in conjunction with a MOTEC engine management system. This will allow for maximum boost pressure while minimizing the risk of blowing the engine. We are planning on working with XS Engineering to perform our twin turbo kit install. Expected time to complete 3 months with the MOTEC set-up. This is in addition to the wait for the development of the HKS or GReddy systems.
