Yes it just light rust from outside inside is still very good and sounds awesome with s tune ask around.

Also - Why so cheap? Arent these like $1200 new??

Need to sell and Tips are motordyne and not nismo, but its a legit nismo exhaust by weldina.
In addition there is no Y pipe, other than that its a good price.
