I had a bracket welded on these so you should still be able to bolt up to the oem tranny/ cat support bracket

I spent just over 500 on these, after tax, shipping, and having the bracket made.

did these pass smog in cali

yes I passed smog with these and I have cams, YMMV due to set up/tune/ how healthy engine is/ hot hot the car is when you bring in.
