It stated " nearly silent operation" but I've heard alot of people said that they are loud at idle and have to bump the idle up to 1K which is not my option. Can someone verify this?

Does it include front mount intercooler?

yup gotta bump up your idle .. if you have an early 04 u can do it, otherwise you'll have to have a tuner do it for u
