That i cannot answer = cause i never had hks . Only had it on stock oem mufflers. But a little trimming with a dremel tool wouldnt hurt nothing

here is my nismo rear diffuser installed with my HKS...I would say that it probably fits.

 

^^ you should take off your 350gt OR your infiniti emblem off your trunk to give it a sensible look. Anyways, its a nice Infiniti 350gt you got, its clean.

 

im already working on that part...but the infiniti emblem is covering up some serious scratches on the trunk right now..I eventually want to just have the emblem on there and nothing else on the trunk...maybe the skyline emblem since I still have it but who knows..
