Does this include the front license plate delete/cover thingy?

 

doesn't look like it comes with the plate cover. when I got my front it didn't have that either so i just sanded the sides down and it fits. Good price.

I don't want to derail your for sale thread, so think of this as more of a bump , but does anyone know if the license plate delete from the stock 03/04 bumper would fit in the Nismo bumper?

 

Don't know 100% if they will interchange, but they are definitely different.
