Just had my 60 day review. More pros then cons.
My biggest flaw in the companies eyes were my typing/grammar/proofing skills and organization of hard copies. I was given a 4,350 raise today! which is the great thing. The company considers that a bonus and wants to give it too me in a lump sum but I asked if it could be spread evenly over my yearly take home. This would raise my tax bracket and allow me to get more back when tax time. |
