Interesting... I basically need something to knock me out so that I don't toss and turn. Last night the Unisom did not help at all and I was tossing and turning. Also I believe I had food poisoning (unless the unisom made me sick) so I was up all night back and forth to the bathroom.

When I threw my back out I had 800mg ibuprofen, flexiril, and tylenol/codeine combo. I don't recall any of it knocking me out but maybe because i was in too much pain. lol.

Shvt just got real when secret.service says you cant step outside of the building for an hour.
