I hold a car meet every monday night in boca 275 + cars show up its big. alot of people race and there is alot of cops hiding and handing out tickets.

i have never met a dumber group of street racers till last night.

they want to race but there is too many cops on the street so lets take it to the turnpike! is what they said, after 30 mins of $hit talking. so we all get on the turnpike i am not driving nor solciting street racing! we drove 15mph for 5 miles and then stop yes stop on the turnpike. you know what rush hour looks .like at 8 am this looked worse at 11pm. 10 sec evo VS 10 sec civic. they stop and get out and 20 people are instigating and $hit talking while 100's of cars are honking. they are betting on who will win the race, they bet $1000 between the two drivers. the evo had his A$$ handed to him..


who the F*ck races from a dig on the highway, and is completley stopped form 5+ min on the highway switching cars, video taping, betting money, what the hell is wrong with these ricer's.


the amount of traffic held up was for 13 miles when we u turned back to go back to the meet there was traffic still backed up and we had gone of the ramp and re-entered.

i have a video u will be shocked in how stupid these kids are, there going to kill them selves and a family just trying to get home safe. the car i was in was doing 125 and they were still ahead of us there was 2 busa and a r1 that were racing/ refing the race.


summary = never met a bunch of stupid people like that, who races and holds up traffic like that when someone can get on there phone and hit *fhp! complete retards.

i did not say i dont like racing but it is stupidity that gets a family trying to get home or a single mom on graveyard shift having 3 jobs suport her family get killed becuase of stupiddity !

Sad thing is you're legally liable for these idiots because, as you said, "I hold a car meet...".

If I were you, I'd think twice about ever holding another one of these meets... Hence the reason why the FGC is more strict at times than some would like. ;)

Once They Leave The Parking Lot They Are There Own Problem They Have Officially Left.

Technically yes, but that doesn't keep you from being sued. I guess you have to ask yourself if it's worth the potential hassle. If so, hopefully you won't get yourself into a situation that you'd rather not be involved with.

Got any photos of these meets? :) Sounds like you should have a few pretty cool cars show up. Also, where do you put 275 cars?

So what's the truth?

austin you have not been there for a month now it has gotten huge and out of control there is a club from broward 65 hondas and acura's, another club cybernation 25+ car, you have blow by racing 15 cars, imc 45 cars, and you have the rest who are in no club, 275 come on in off, i will take pics this monday and prooove it!

I dont care what but the fact remains guilt by associations HURTS US ALL. exactly why I didnt even bother with HIN because the stereotypes that get tacked on screws the many for a few idiots. You my friend should know better to even be riding along and shooting video!!!!!!!!!!!!
