great guessing guys, it is the keyhole blocker thing.. $30 from the dealer, comes painted, takes 2 minutes to install.

Haha, that's too funny. Last night I hung out with somebody who has the R07S and he said he used a bunch of pics of Jason's old wheels to photoshop onto his car before he decided to order the same wheels :D So it was a double photoshop thing?

:p That whatchamacallit is an escrutcheon. The dealer still may not know what it is called. I ordered mine from Pinnacle Infiniti a long time ago, ~$14. Easy install. Not sure what I am going to do if my battery on the car or remote dies though.
