Dagaleag35's Turbo Setup!!

specs:
engine build:
darton sleeves
eagle rods
je pistons
hks gaskets
arp studs
and some other things...lol

turbo setup:
tial wastegate
tial bov
single gt35r garrett turbo
fabricated custom piping
and some other things...lol

electronics:
cobb ecu (proto type) 1st on the g35
defi gauges-
hks
and some other things...


some pix...just started this week... he had my car since april...but during that whole time he purchased all the parts...fine tuning motorsports
by jojo callos..

1st...took out the motor..some pix but nothing exciting yet

nice set-up

with that kind of build why not go w/ a proven ECU like hks f-con or haltech, maybe you know something we don't

hope is not that cobb plug-n-play crap that they are selling for 350z

Just curious what kind of power are you planning to make? A lot of people recomend not sleeving the block due to heat issues and head lifting if you do not plan on making 650+hp.

tuner said just to be on the safe side...might as well get sleeves ..so latr on i can just drop in a bigger turbo...i told him i want a solid 500+ to the wheels..with no worry on my mind...

Good luck with the build man but you dont need to waist the money on sleeves and if you dont believe me just visit my350z.com..

+1. This isnt a civic. I believe the block can handle 600-650whp without going sleeves.

the more you read, the more problems sleeved block motors seem to have. hopefully you have a very good machinist.

no need g's can handle 1000hp on pistons, rods, and some valve work and cam. You can see this on powerlabs/intense's 904whp g.
