SC or turbos/CARB ?

Are any of the SC or turbos for the G35 CARB legal? Any good shops for install near Long Beach, CA? Thanks!

Stillen's Stage I and Stage II SCs are both CARB approved, and they both feature an optional 3-yr warranty.

JWT is working on a twin turbo system that will be CARB approved.
