According to Stillen, as long as you have a NON REV-UP VQ35DE motor, then it is plug and play. This includes the Z/G and even the FX. (As noted on the label on the back of the silver SS computer in the picture)
No this won't fit under the stock hood, so you would need the Stillen hood or cowl. They make one for the sedan as well. The FX is the only one of the 3 that you can use that doesn't require a hood modification.
