I would like to know if anyone can help me. My drivers side high beam does not work. I have replaced the bulb and the ballast and still nothing. Is there an individual fuse for each light and if there is where would I find it. Thank you in advance for your help.

I would start by probing the harness to see if it's getting signal, that will isolate it to either a ballast issue or a chassis issue.
If you are getting the high beam solenoid signal at the light then the problem lies internal to the ballast which houses the high beam solenoid. You should be able to swap ballasts from one headlight to the other to verify everything functions correctly.
If it's a chassis issue trace the wire schematics back to the IPDM harness, there should be separate fuses for the left and right side high beams, on the G35 it goes through a single high beam relay then splits to individual high beam fuses. Check IPDM fuses 72 and 74, they should be 10 amp.

Section LT should have your lighting, sometimes it's EXL, exterior lighting. IPDM will be in PG - Power and Grounding.
