Infiniti Dealerships aren't that bad!!! (Bose CD system related) CD ERR FO
So I just recently purchased my G35. Never had service done at my dealership (Regency Infiniti/Nissan in the northshore) other than some warranty work. My warranty had expired a few weeks ago as well. Spoke with the Service Manager and they are replacing my Bose system free of charge. Again, my Warranty has expired. This is my idea of good customer service.
So I am quite pleased with the way my dealership has handled the situation. They ordered the part, called to inform the part is now in a week later.
I will be making an appointment come Monday morning and gonna reserve a loaner G35 as well. :cool:
