Screaching sound in 5AT ??

I drive a 2005 5AT. usually i drive it using the manumatic; shifting gears myself. Am i the only person or do other people hear a slight screaching or rubbing when shifting gears?

on a soft road i can get the tires to squeal a bit when im on it and manual shifting, but not all the time
