Arrow Opinions on this G35 I found?

I am buying a g35 coupe and I found one 2006 6mt black on black interior with 57k miles. I was wondering if $17,000 is a reasonable price for a car with that much miles warranty expires this month and its been in no accidents. No pictures of the car on the website but I went to check it out and it had oem 19in rays and 05+ spoiler not much problems except some swirl marks and one rim is a little chipped.

there's no way to tell without driving the car. does it have maintenance records? i'd definitely go in and test drive the car, and get it checked out by a mechanic you trust.

That's the problem it was listed on cars.com for 18.5k I offered 16.5k and she said the lowest shed go was 17.5k so I left and called her to see if she would take 17k and she said that someone offered 17.9 and shed call me back if the person backs out.

The couple told me that there was no oil consumption problems that they know of and they bring everything that has a problem to the dealer couldn't I just get a checkup on the oil consumption if i bought it before warranty ends and just get the cover replaced?

Sounds like a good deal to me. I paid 16k for an 05 6mt, rays, 73k miles. I would have paid another grand for 15k less miles.

Seems like an OK deal if the car was maintained well and cared for. Just have to see what happens. If it doesn't work out there are always more out there.

Just worried because it took a while to find the exact one I wanted like obsidian black, black interior, manual transmission, 05+, no problems, no accidents and pretty decent condition. Don't know how long it will take to find another one if it doesn't work out.

That's a decent price for an '06 with it's mileage. Call the owners and tell them you'll pay the $17,5. I don't believe they have another buyer, that's just a way for them to get their price. Because it has the REVUP motor I'd consider buying a one wear extension on the warranty....Gary
