I used to have this exhaust In my old 350z I sold it with all the mods I never thought I'll be getting another VQ I know big mistake. The only thing that I still have. its a brand new JWT clutch and light weight flywheel. You barely can hear the exhaust in a G35 that's the first thing that I noticed when I bought mine replacing the stock exhaust its a must lol.

That's actually really easy, I use those styrofoam packing peanuts, just keep adding them into the space until it's completely full (use cardboard on the front to keep them from spilling out). Then take all of them and put them into a cardboard box big enough to hold all of them. Level them off inside the box then use a tape measure and get the dimensions of the box and the height of the peanuts inside the box.
Then math, then done.

But what if make the mold and put the cardboard on it to seal it,fill it with the nuts, and it's too small? Just add on more fiberglass right ? I think I answered my own question

The enclosure in progress by Narutonish doesn't look that hard to gauge the volume. There's a obvious rectangular section and a triangular section that can be measured easily. The section following the wheel well is tricky but can be estimated with a triangular-shaped volume. I suspect there are some hidden "pockets" (along the top and at the very rear) to compensate for too.
Ported boxes require tighter tolerance on the volume, do they not ?
