I used a Whiteline kit on my 03 6mt coupe. Its h@ll of a job getting the old bushing out of the rear subframe, but I put the new urethane bushing in my deep freeze while I was working on it, and it slipped right into place.

You will notice an immediate difference. The back end of my car was squirmy all over the place before and is just a solid planted feel now.

I'm not saying it's a reason to choose it over HID..... just an additional characteristic.
But if you consider occasions when you enter a tunnel or something like that, instant light can be appreciated. Also when flashing the high beam, compared to bi-xenon with HID for highs.

Swapped the upper intake tubes for Mishimoto ones. The rubber piece that tightens to the throttle body where the hose clamp goes was slit, causing a higher than normal idle on cold starts. Fits good, sounds good, and a little more throaty when I get into it. $110 bucks beats a whole new system at $400+

Additionally, they cost far less and are simply plug and play vs mounting/connecting ballasts etc.

I’m trying to keep you both from running into some deer. Put back in the bulbs that the car was designed for. Brad, that output is bad, and if you compared a new HIR bulb to the LED you would see your lost width and output. Some light above the horizon is okay, to see road signs and such.

That looks nice. I did the same with an expensive bulb and I wish I just would’ve used an eBay one.

Yes, that output is bad. That's actually the oem HID. This is the LED low beam:

These bulbs are the cheapest ones I had - domestic chip on board, low quality.
I know a new HID bulb and projector would perform much better, but that would be a small project compared to drop in LED's. All that matters is these LED's perform better than the halogens they replaced and without causing glare to oncoming drivers. I'm not trying to make everyone buy LED lights I'm just saying they function better than the oem halogens in the reflector housing and that they're 100% plug and play. What I'm intrigued with is to find out how long they'll last.

The one's I have fitted now are much better. I'm trying to get a decent camera so I can get good pictures.

These are actually sylvania ones that happened to be hanging around in the garage. eBay ones would work I guess but I have heard of them flickering or prematurely failing.

I saw a G37 today and thought the exact same thing
