Yea so I was ordering parts for my G since my accident and decided that I worked with strafe couple months back and the dude covered me with a great deal and order arrived within 24 hours which was amazing. So I try looking him up again and couldnt find him online anymore, instead a new group runs his site "conceptautomotive.com" these guys have his exact site and when they bill you still says strafe. So I'm thinking sweet strafe hooked me up so these guys should be ok right? yes bull crap, they couldnt give me any tracking info, they couldnt get my stuff at all. And Im spending hella cash for a new rebuild here so coming back for more if I got done quick, but nope these *******s take your money and dont promise you anything in return.

Worst experience ever with these people, so anyone seeking parts, bumpers, hoods, etc do not, absolutely do not order from conceptautomotive.com cuz all you'll get is empty promises and no orders fulfilled.

Anyone else try them and get same results? Im sure you can add your gruesome input

Yea cuz I'm pissed, they emailed and said 24-36 hours after billing they will provde tracking info and I'll get my order. That was like a week ago and no response, everyone don't use this idiot. Who do you guys recommend here outta vendors? I need my bumpers and I want a trustworthy vendor that will tell me honestly if he can fulfill an order versus taking my money and not doing ****

Sorry OP, but did you not read about the various member issues that Strafe was having recently over in the Vendor Feedback area?

 

We need reliable vendors, not shops that take out cash and screw us over. My car is outta
Commission until rebuilt and now they sets me back another week or two. Hope conceptautomotive fails their business

 

I really hope the staff on this site isn't even still seriously debating whether to let them back on this site or not. It's painfully obvious that no matter what name they're under, they're incapable of change and will only continue to hurt this community through their shady dealings and empty promises.

I am so tired of seeing this and I agree 100% that there needs to be some sort of warning or announcement to current and future members which at least directs them to all the Strafe threads and makes it known that they're operating under a new name so that these potential buyers have a fair chance to see what they're about to walk into instead of being blindsided.

S284 - as far as asking if the OP has read the Strafe threads, unfortunately that wouldn't have done him much good as he thought he was ordering from a different company, only to find out after being billed that it was still Strafe.
