check engine light, VDC off light, SLIP light all came on in my 2006 Xterra

My check engine light, VDC off light, SLIP light all came on in my 2006 NIssan Xterra. It also took a few seconds to start. i turned it off and tried it again and the same thing happened. It seems to drive fine though. What does this mean? The mileage is high, 170,000, but not sure what it could be.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Read my signature for a key piece of advice. Also since this is an Infiniti board be careful whatever other advice you might get here. Look for an Xterra or at the least, a Nissan forum that will have similar vehicles, their feedback will probably be more relevant.

Now go get the codes read my young padewon.

Typically for the G's this means camshaft position sensor failure.

But nothing it official until the engine trouble codes are read .
