Trying to make a decision on new wheels for my new baby.

2006 Athens Blue G ~ I never knew that this could be so damn hard.

I like the XXR 526's in the Black Chromiun

In reading all of the posts that I can find, what I think that I want and what I truly need to achieve the look that I want is the burning question.

I DO NOT want to mess with rolling fenders and I do not want a stretched sidewall

I DO WANT full fender wells and the small lip on front/larger lip on rear

Based on that:

19x9 +15 (Front)
19x10 +15 (Rear)

Thinking about Hancook tires, but open to suggestions

What about spacers? Do I need them?

Also thinking about these lugs, but didnt know if they would look right or not with the Athens blue

Rolling fenders really isn't an issue at all. It's just the rears anyway, find a shop with the proper tool, who takes time to properly heat the paint, and you're fine.

It's inexpensive and really allows that full wheel well look you want, otherwise you can't push the wheels out as far as you may want.

And NO to those lugnuts.

I have done alot of reading up on this and I understand the hubcentric rings, but not sure about the spacers and offset.

You won't need spacers if you buy wheels with the correct offset that you desire.

It sounds like you want a more of a meaty tire on your wheels so why don't you go with some GT-S's that are 9.5 +17 with 245/35/19 tire up front, and a 10.5 +18 with 275/35/19 tire for the rear since you do not want to roll your fenders for example. There is a set of GT-S's in the marketplace with those specifications. Also try to get front control arms and rear camber arms to bring your camber to -1.

I'am running similar specifications. The only difference is my front offset is + 23, and my rear offset is +21.

Oh, and my fenders are not rolled.

If a 245 isn't even square on a 8.5" rim, how will it look on a 9.5" rim?

275 on a 10.5? Again, will that even square up, or slight stretch all around?

If you want wider tires for that set up go with a 255 in the front and a 285 in the rear. If you are not lowered at all and you don't plan on lowering it the car may rub on the rear fenders when you go over speed bumps. Pay the 50-70 bucks and get the rears rolled. Also, with meaty tires and no drop your car is going to look like a dump truck. There is a very active, detailed thread for the XXR526's on this forum. I do not remember them offering that wheel in a 19" for our cars though... I only remember 18" and 20". Check the bolt pattern to make sure they will work.
