first trip.. 05 coupe..

Taking my first real drive since I bought this last year.
61k miles.. Pristine condition...
I keep not wanting to put miles on it but this weekend will drive 9 hours total..
Had bad car accident 2 years ago.. Chronic pain etc..
So I hope 9 hours in coupe won't get me bad...
Thanks all...

Send me feedback..

There's several things you can do driving that long, change the angle of your seat back and stop for gas and streach...popping a couple Advil couldn't hurt!

Get a $5 lumbar support mesh too, I have a horrible back and anything over two hours and that thing is a God sent!

Put your wallet in the center console (don't forget it when you get out of the car though). This helps in all the cars I drive long distance.

Stretching will only breakup the surface tension of the muscle. Your best bet is to do some type of general light warmup to get better blood flow.
There's nothing wrong with some static stretching but to really have better blood flow you'll want to do some type of light warm up almost. Also hydrate 24 hrs before to keep your joints and really your whole body hydrated. Being dehydrated will affect a lot

And +1 on the wallet thing. You def wouldn't want that in your back pocket over a long drive.
